    [Abstract]Objective：To investigate the effect of early quantification of related ankle pump exercises on preventionof deep vein thrombosis in patients after femoral fracture surgery.Method：A total of86 patients with femoral fracture admited to the Second Hospital of Sanming from January2023to May 2O24 were selected.They were divided into control groupand study group by random number table method，with 43 cases in each group.The control group received conventional intervention，and the study group added the early quantificationof related ankle pump exercises intervention based on the control group.Both groups were intervened for7d.The occurrence of deep vein thrombosis，blood flow velocityof lower extremity and coagulation function between the two groups were compared.Result：The incidence of deep venousthrombosis in thestudy group was significantlylower than that in the control group ......
