    [Abstract] Objective： To explore the effect of specialized nursing for high-risk aspiration assessment in patients receiving mechanical ventilation in intensive care unit (ICU).Method：A total of 8O patients who underwent mechanical ventilationintheICUof GanzhouPeople's Hospital from June2O21to October 2024 were selected，and theywere divided into thecontrol group (conventional nursing intervention)and theexperimental group(specialized nursing for high-risk aspiration assessment onthe basis of conventional nursing)according to therandom number table method，with 4O cases ineach group.The levels of knowledge，atitude and practiceof nurses before nursing and one week after nursing were compared.The clinical indicators，incidence ofcomplications and patient satisfactionrate of thetwo groups were also compared.Result：After1 week of nursing，the scores of the dimensions of knowledge ......
