    [Abstract]Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of posterior lumbar interbody fusion (PLIF) inthe treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation (LDH).Method：A total of 4O patients with LDHadmitted to Pingxiang NO.2 People's Hospitalfrom January2O21 to July2023 were selectedas the research objects，andalof them were given PLIF.Theperioperative indicators，vertebral stability，complications，curative effect，long-term prognosis and qualityof lifeof the patients were recorded.Result：Theoperation time，intraoperative blood loss， incisionlength，hospital stayand the incidenceofcomplicationswere 96.49±12.34 )min， (171.62±16.84 mL， (9.82±1.12) cm， [8.87±1.25 d and 17.50% (7/40)，respectively.3 months after the operation，the patients' vertebral slipand Cobb angle were smaller than thosebefore operation( P lt;0.05).Therewasno significant difference inthe heightof intervertebral space between the patients 3 months after theoperation and before operation ( P gt;0.05). 6 monthsaftertheoperation ......
