    [Abstract]Objective： To investigate the effect of laparoscopic transabdominal preperitoneal herniorrhaphy in the treatmentof inguinal hernia.Method：A totalof 104 inguinal hernia patients fromJanuary 2O21 toFebruary 2023 inthe Department of SurgeryIIof were selected asthe study subjects and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group (52 cases)received open tension-free hernioplasty，while the observation group (52 cases)received transperitoneal preperitoneal hernioplasty.The surgical condition，postoperative pain，complications and recurrnce rate，qualityof life，treatment satisfaction of the two groups were observed.Result： The intraoperative blood lossof the observation group was less than thatof the control group，the time ofanal exhaust and ambulation were earlier than those of the control group，and the length of hospital stay was shorter than that of the control group ( P lt;0.05); the pain scores at 12 ......
