    [Abstract]Objective：To explore the application Paliperidone combined with Aripiprazole in patients with schizophrenia (SZ).Method：Aretrospective selection was made 1O2 patients with SZadmited to the from December 2O22 to December 2024.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to different treatment methods，with 51 cases in each group.The control group received Paliperdone treatment，whilethe observation group received Paliperidone combined with Aripiprazole treatment.The clinical symptoms，cognitive functions and quality ife the two groups were compared.Result： After treatment， the positive symptoms， negative symptoms and general psychopathological scores both groups were lower han those before treatment，and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group ( P lt;0.05).
