    [Abstract]Objective：To investigate the clinical efectof high tibial osteotomy(HTO)combined with topical application of Zijindan in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis (KOA)complicated with genu varum.Method： A total of 8O patients with KOAcomplicated with genu varum admited to Jiangxi Provincial Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from January 2O18 to October 2023 were selected and divided into the control group (n=4O)and the observation group (n=4O) according to the random number table method.The observation group was treated with HTO combined with topical application of Zijindan，and the control group only received HTO.Theclinical eficacy，knee jointfunction[range of motion (ROM)of the knee joint and Lysholm knee joint score]， pain degre [visual analogue scale (VAS)]， hospital stayandbone healing time of the two groups were compared.Result： The total clinical efective rateof theobservation group was higherthan thatof the control group ......
