    [Abstract]Objective：To explore the efects of Trimetazidine combined with alveolar lavage on the pulmonary function and immune function of patients with severe pneumonia.Method： A total of 9O patients with severe pneumoniaadmited toLeping People's Hospitalfrom May 2O22 to May 2O24 were selectedand divided into two groups according tothecomputer grouping method，with45cases ineach group.Thecontrol groupwasgiven alveolar lavage treatment，whilethe observation group was treated with Trimetazidineon thebasis of the control group.The pulmonary infection，cell activity indicators，pulmonary function，immune function and the occurrenceof adverse events in the two groups were observed.Result： After the treatment，the clinical pulmonary infection score (CPIS)，myeloperoxidase (MPO)，matrix metalloproteinase2 (MMP-2)， matrix metalloproteinase9 (MMP-9)，and CD8 + in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group ......
