    [Abstract]Objective： To investigate the clinical efectof high-flow nasal cannula oxygen therapy in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with respiratory failure and observe the improvement role for pulmonary-gas-exchange state.Method： A total of 1OO patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with respiratory failure in Changping District Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine，Beijing from January2O21 to January 2O24 were divided into two groups bythe methodofrandom number table.The control group (n=5O) was treated with routine oxygen therapy，the observation group(n=5O) was treated withhigh-flow nasalcannula oxygentherapy.Thenthe total efective rates forrespiratory failure caused by chronic obstructive pulmonary disease， total adverse reactions rates，blood gas analysis [arterial partial pressure of oxygen 0 Pa0₂ ......
