    [Abstract]Objective： To study the clinical efficacy of Jingbi Formula on mild cervical spondylotic myelopathy(CSM)of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type and its effectonimproving thequalityoflife.Method：From January 2O23 to June 2O24，eighty patientswith mild CSMof Qi stagnation and blood stasis type in Tianshan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital，Changning District，Shanghai were selectedas thestudyobjects，they were divided into study group(n=40)and control group (n=40) by random number table method.Patients in both groups weretreated with basic treatment after admission，the control group Was treated with Mecobalamin Tablets atthe same time，and the study group was treated with Jingbi Formulaat the same time.The treatment effctsand adverse reactions of the two groups were recorded ......
