    [Abstract] Objective： To explore the effect of participatory nursing combined with positive psychological support nursing on impulsive behavior in patients with bipolar disorder (BD).Method：A total of 8O BD patients admitted to fromJanuary 2O21 to May 2O24 were selectedasthe studyobjects， and 38 BD patients who received positive psychological support nursing from January 2O21 to March 2O23 were selected as thecontrol group.A total of 42BD patients who received participatory nursing combined with positive psychological support from April 2O23 to May 2024 were selected as the observation group.
