    [Abstract]Chronic painhas a profound impact on patients'daily lives and has become one of the main causes of global health problems.Acupotomytherapyplaysan importantroleinthetreatmentofchronicpain.This study aims to explore the mechanism of action of acupotomy in thetreatment ofchronic pain.A comprehensive analysis of relevant literatures in the past1O years has found that acupotomycan alleviate pain by regulating the release of neurotransmittrs，regulating the expression of inflammatoryfactors，inhibiting the processofcell apoptosis， and affecting specific signaling pathways.These studiesprovidea theoretical basisfor the clinical application of acupotomy in the treatment of chronic pain and ofer directions for in-depth research on the mechanism of acupotomy in the treatment of chronic pain in the future.
