    [Abstract]Objective：To explore the clinical efectofaerosol inhalationofAmbroxol Hydrochloride Solution for Inhalation in the treatmentof neonatal pneumonia.Method：Atotalof 8O neonateswith pneumoniaadmited to Jiujiang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from March2O24 to March 2O25 were selected.They were divided nto two groups according to the random number table method， with 4O cases ineach group.The control group was given conventional treatment (anti-infection，anti-virus，warmth preservation，etc.)， whilethe experimental group was treated with aerosol inhalation of Ambroxol Hydrochloride Solution for Inhalation onthe basis of the control group.
