    [Abstract] Objective：To investigate the effects of Naoan Capsules combined with Butylphthalide on neurological functionand cognitive functioninpatientswithcerebral infarction.Method：Atotalof12O patients with cerebral infarction who were admited to Central Hospital of Xinyu Ironand SteelGroupCo.，LTD.from March 2023 to March 2O24 were selectedand grouped by the random number table method，with 6O cases in the control group and 6O cases in the experimental group.The control group was given intravenous infusion of Butylphthalide， based on the control group，the experimental group was given Naoan Capsules.The therapeutic efect， neurological function，cognitive function，oxidative stress indicators and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.
