    [Abstract] Objective：To explore the effects of gastrointestinal pacemaker combined with Zusanli acupoint injection on gastrointestinal hormone levelsandconstipation condition in elderlypatients with functional constipation.Method：A totalof96 elderly patients with functional constipation who visited HubeiProvincial Hospitalof Integrated Chineseand Western Medicine from February2022 to March2024 weredivided into the pacing group (n=48) and the combined group ( n =48)according to the random number table method.The pacing group was treated with gastrointestinal pacemaker，and the combined group was treated with gastrointestinal pacemaker combined with Zusanli acupoint injection.
