    [Abstract]Objective： To study and analyze the changes in levels of thyroid hormones in pregnant women. Method： A retrospective analysis was conducted on 8O pregnant women admitted to Ji'an Maternal and Child HealthHospital (Children's Hospital) from January2O22 to January 2O24，allof whom underwentthyroid hormone level tests.Meanwhile，5O healthy women who were not pregnant were selected as the non-pregnancy control group.The levels of free T₃ ？ FI₃^′) ， free T₄(FT₄) ，and thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) in different research subjects were compared.Result：Among the8O pregnant women，there were 26cases inthe first trimester，33 cases inthe second trimesterand 21 casesin last trimester.The levelsof FI₃^′ and FI₄^? in the first trimester group were higher than those in the non-pregnancycontrol group，while those in the second trimester group were lowerthanthose in the first trimester group ......
