    [Abstract]Objective：To explore the application effect of health management mode on pulmonary nodules examinees and its influence on health behavior.Method：A total of 5OO examineeswith pulmonary nodules who werescreened byphysical examinations in Karamay Central Hospital from July 2O22 to June 2024 weredivided into the control group ( n=250 ，applied the conventional management mode) and the study group ( n =250，appliedthe health management mode) byrandom number table method.Health knowledge awarenes，health behavior，mental stateand satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result： The health knowledge awareness and health behavior scores ofthe study group after intervention were higher than those of the control group，the diferences were statistically significant ( P lt;0.05).
