    [Abstract]Objective： To explore the effect of Cheng's Sancai acupuncture in the treatment of cervical shoulder syndrome and its impact on the range of cervical spine movement in patients.Method：A total of 90 patientswith cervical shouldersyndrome who were treated inHuai'an Hospitalof Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2O22 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.Acording to the random number table method，they were divided into the control groupand theobservation group，with 45 cases in each group.Based on the treatment of massage atthe origin and origin pointsof the neck and shoulder muscles，the control group was treated with common acupuncture，and the observation group was treated with Cheng's Sancai acupuncture method.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores，cervical spine range of motion，and neck pain conditions [Northwick park questionnaire (NPQ) ......
