    [Abstract]Objective： To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) characteristic nursing interventionbasedon4C theory in patients with stroke，and to explore its influenceon patients'neurological function and daily living ability.Method： A total of 8O patients with stroke who admited to Yichun People's Hospital from January to December 2O23 were selected，and they were divided into two groups according to random number method，with 4O cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing，and the observation group was received TCM characteristic nursing based on 4C theory.
