    [Abstract]Objective： To explore the impact of comprehensive nursing based on Neil Noddings'care theory onpostoperative recoveryand familysatisfaction of children with congenital megacolon.Method：A totalof 78 children with congenital megacolon admitted to the First Afiliated Hospitalof Fujian Medical University from May 2022 to May 2O24 were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method， with 39 cases in each group.The control group received routine surgical care，while the observation group received comprehensive nursing based on Neil Noddings' care theory.The postoperative FLACC pain scale scores，incontinence associated dermatitis (IAD) incidence，recovery time，and family satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups of children.Result： The FLACC scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 12， 24，and 48 h after surgery ......
