    [Abstract] Objective： To explore the impact bundled nursing under evidence-based support combined with positive incentives on patients with severe pancreatitis.Method：A retrospective study was conducted on 88 patients with severe acute pancreatitis who admitted to ve Care Medicine，the Second Hospital，University South China from February 2022 to July 2O24，patients were divided into two groups based on different nursing methods， the control group (n=44) received routine nursing，and the observation group n=44 门 received bundled nursing under evidence-based supportcombined with positive incentives on thebasis routine nursing，the efects two groups were compared.Result： After intervention，the Connor-Davidson resilience scale (CD-RISC) score the observation group was higher than that the control group ( P lt;0.05); the incidence complications in the observation group was 2.27% ，which was lower than 18.18% in the control group ......
