    [Abstract] Objective： To explore the influence of psychological nursing under the narrative medical model combined with progressve relaxation training on parturients with premature rupture of membranes.Method：A total of 72 women with premature rupture of membranes treated in Shougang Shuigang Hospital from August 2022 to September 2O23 were divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group ( n= ：36)received routine care，and the observation group ( n =36) implemented the psychological nursing under the narrative medical model combined with progressive relaxation training on the basis of the control group.The emotional status， psychological resilience，crisisresponseability，qualityof life，and adverse pregnancy outcomes of two groups were compared.
