    [Abstract]Objective：To investigate the clinical effectof catheter radiofrequencyablation in the treatmentof paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia (PSVT)and its influence on psychological disorder of patients.Method： A totalof 102 patients with PSVTadmittedtoPingxiang People's Hospital from June2O21 to March 2024 were selected as the study objects and divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method，with51 cases ineach group.Thecontrol groupwas treated with conventional medical drugs，and theobservation group was treated with catheterradiofrequencyablation.Theclinical efectof thetwo groups were observed.The scores of psychological disorder related scale before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Adverse events and recurrence of the two groups werecounted.Result：All patients in the observation group successfully completed catheter radiofrequency ablation ......
