    [Abstract] Objective：To investigate the therapeutic effcacy of kidney-tonifying and blood-activating herbal compress combined with moxibustionand infrared irrdiation in the treatment of infertility with thin endometrium.Method：According totherandomnumbertable method，126patientswiththinendometrial infertility admitted to Fengcheng Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from December 2O2 to January 2O24 were divided into thre groups， with 42 patients in each group.
