    [Abstract]Objective：To explore the clinical efect of modified Chaihu Shugan Powder in the treatmentof non-alcoholic fatty liverdisease (NAFLD)and its influence on lipid metabolism.Method： Aretrospective analysis was conductedon1OOpatientswithNAFLDwho were diagnosedand treated inYangjiang Hospitalof Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2O23 to November 2024.According to the different treatment plans adopted， they were divided into the conventional group and the combined group.The conventional group (n=5O)was given conventional intervention (diet control， lifestyle change + oral administration ofPolyene Phosphatidylcholine Capsules)，and the combined group ( n =50) was treated with modified Chaihu Shugan Powder on the basis of the conventional group.Thetreatment course for both groupswere2 months.After treatment，the therapeutic effects of thetwo groups were evaluated ......
