    [Abstract]Objective： To explore the application of stereotactic technology in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage related to anticoagulant or antithrombotic drugs.Method： A total of 66 patients with cerebral hemorrhagerelated toanticoagulantorantithromboticdrugsadmitedto Jiujiang UniversityAffiliated Hospital from January 2O19 to April 2O24 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into group A (treated with smallbone window craniotomyandendoscopic hematoma evacuation，n=22)，group B (treated withCTsimple positioning puncture technique， n =22) and group C (stereotactic technology for puncture treatment， n =22). The positioning accuracy，hematoma evacuation speed，size of cerebral edema area，Glasgow coma scale (GCS) score， lengthofhospitalstaymortalityrate，disabilityrateandrebleedingrateofthethreegroupswereevaluated.Result：The positioning accuracy，hematoma emptying speed andGCS score in group C were allhigher than those ingroup A and groupB ......
