    [Abstract]Objective：To investigate the therapeutic efect of Xionggui Jiaoai Decoction in combination with GuizhiFulingPillsforthe treatmentofdysmenorrheacaused byadenomyosis.Method：Atotal of86 patients withadenomyosisadmitted toNingyang County Hospitalof Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to March 2024 were selected as the research objects for retrospective analysis.According to diferent treatment plans， theyweredivided into the observation group( n =45) and the control group (n=41).The control group was treated withthe Levonorgestrel Intrauterine System.Onthe basis of the control group，the observation group wascombined withXionggui Jiaoai Decoction+GuizhiFulingPills.The therapeuticeffects，clinicalsymptom-related indicators， serum sex hormones and adverse drug reactions of the two groups were compared.
