    [Abstract] Objective： To analyze the application effect of gonadotropin releasing hormone agonist (GnRH-a) combined with Dienogest sequential therapy in patients with endometriosis after operation.Method：A total of 102 patients with endometriosis who admited to the Departmentof Gynecology，Ganzhou Womenand Children's Health Care Hospital from January 2O21 to January 2O23 were included inthis study，the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method，51 cases ineach group.All patients were givenlaparoscopic surgery，the control group was given subcutaneous injection of Goserelinafter operation，and the observationgroup was givenoral administrationof Dienogestonthe basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of two groups werecompared，and the sex hormonelevels ......
