    [Abstract]Femoral neck fracture isacommon type of hip fracture，it isoften caused byhigh-energy violent injuriesinyoung and middle-aged people，such as falling from height，traffic accidents and severe falls.With the improvement of living standards，the number of young and middle-aged with femoral neck fracture due to falling from high altitude caused by traffic accidentsand mental depression has graduallyincreased，this kindof disease has clinicalcharacteristicsof high incidence，high mortality，frequent complicationsand highrateofreoperation. The dificulty of reduction，the long operation time，thelong fracture healing time，the high rate of non-union and the highrateoffemoral head necrosis have alwaysbeen thedificulties inclinical treatment.This paper started with theresearch progressofinternalfixation treatmentfor youngand middle-aged patients with femoral neck fractures， analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of currntly commonly used internal fixation and the new surgical treatment methods recently applied ......
