    [Abstract] Objective： To investigate the therapeutic effct of total knee arthroplasty (TKA) via medial femoral muscleapproach inelderly patients with osteoarthritis (OA).Method：A total of 8O elderly patients with OA admitted to Shangrao People's Hospital from December 2O22 to December2O24 were selected and divided into he control group (treated with TKA via traditional parapatelar approach)and the observation group (treated with TKA via medial femoral muscle approach)according to the random number table method，with 4O cases in each group.
