    [Abstract]Objective： To investigate the efectof probioticscombined with quadruple therapyinthe treatment of patientswith Helicobacter pylori ( H_P )positive gastric ulcer.Method：A total of 1O3 patientswith Hp positive gastric ulcer admited tothe Maternityand Child Health Hospitalof Jianand Ji'anCentral People'sHospital from January 2O2O to December 2O21 were included as theresearch subjects and divided into groupA (n=51)and group B 0 n =52) by the random number table method.The group A was treated with quadruple therapy，and the group B was treated with Bifidobacterium Triple Viable Capsules on the basis of group A.Both groups were treated for 14 days， and thenacid suppressants were continued to be taken for2 weeks.The therapeutic effct， gastric mucosal function， inflammation-related indicatorsandadversereactions ofthe two groups were compared.Result：The total effective rate of group B was higher than that of group A( P lt;0.05).Compared withbefore treatment ......
