    [Abstract]Objective：To explore the curative efect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapyonureteral stent-related symptomsafterurolithiasissurgery.Method：Atotal of 8O patients with ureteral stent-related symptoms after urolithiasis surgery who were admited to the Third Afiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical University from Julyto December 2O24 wereselected.Theabove research subjects were divided into the observation group (n=40) and the control group (n=40) by the random number table method.The control group receivedtheconventional treatmentplan，whiletheobservation groupreceived the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy onthe basis of thecontrol group.The ureteral stent-related symptoms before and after treatment in the two groups were evaluated.The clinical manifestations of the main symptoms of patients before and after treatment were evaluated byusing the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score.The pain sensation was evaluated by using the VAS score.Self-efficacy was evaluated byusing the self-efficacy score (GSES).Meanwhile ......
