    [Abstract] Objective： To explore the value of the IDEAL IQ sequence of GE SIGNA Pioneer 3.0T MRI equipment (GE SIGNA Pioneer 3.OT MRI IDEAL IQ sequence) in the quantitative assessment of liver fat. Method： A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of 8O patients with fatty liver inthe First People's Hospital of Jingdezhen between January 2O23and March 2O24.The baselinedataand laboratory indexes were collected.All patients underwent liver IDEAL IQ sequence examination by GE SIGNA Pioneer 3.OT MRI scanner and liver biopsy toobtain proton densityfat fraction (PDFF)，Therelaxation rate (R2)of iron depositionand pathological grading of liver steatosis.
