    [Abstract]Objective： To explore the effct of small needle-knife combined with modified Duhuo Jisheng Decoction inthe treatmentof lumbar disc protrusion (LDH).Method：A total of92patients withLDHadmitted to Gao'an Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2O22 to August 2O24 wereselected and randomly divided into two groups，with 46 cases in each group.The control group received conventional western medical treatment，while the observation group was treated with small needle-knife combined with modified Duhuo Jisheng Decoctionfor2 weeks.The clinical efficacy，lumbar function，pain score，abilityof daily living and theoccurrence of adverse reactions were compared between thetwo groups.Result：The total efective rate of the observation group washigher than thatof thecontrol group( P lt;0.05).After the treatment ......
