    [Abstract]Objective：To explore theclinical effect of modified Juanbi Decoction in auxiliary treatment of cold-dampness obstruction syndrome of scapulohumeral periarthritis.Method：A total of 82 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritisadmited to Wuwei Second People's Hospital fromJanuary 2O21 toFebruary 2024 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method， with 41 cases in each group. The control group received conventional treatment，while theobservation group was treated with modified Juanbi Decoction on the basis of the control group for 4 consecutive weeks.The clinical eficacy，recoveryof joint function， degree of shoulder jointpain，levelof inflammation，traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scoreand incidenceof adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.
