    [Abstract]Objective：To explore the ultrasonogram characteristicsand diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound in patients with deep vein thrombosis (DVT)of shank.Method： A total of8O patients with suspected DVTof shank who visited Jingdezhen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2023 were selected.Allof them underwent color Doppler ultrasound examination.According to the diagnostic resultsof color Doppler ultrasound，the 8O patients with suspected DVTof shank were divided into the DVT group (n=37)and thenon-DVT group( n =43).The distribution of DVT thrombus in the shank diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasound and the ultrasonogram characteristics were analyzed; the blood flow velocities of the common femoral vein， superficial femoral veinand popliteal vein of the lower extremities between the DVT group and the non-DVT group were compared.The ROC curve wasused to analyze the diagnostic value of blood flow velocities of the common femoral vein ......
