    [Abstract]Objective： To explore the effct of cold knife conization (CKC)and loop electrosurgical excision procedure (LEEP)of cervix inthe treatment of high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (HSIL)，and toanalyze the risk factors of postoperativepersistent infection inpatients.Method：Aretrospectiveanalysis was conducted on the clinical dataof8OpatientswithHSIL who underwentsurgicaltreatmentin Ji'an CentralPeople'sHospital from January 2020 to September 2O23.According to the diffrent surgical methods received by the patients，they were divided into the CKC group ( n =33，treated with CKC) and the LEEP group ( n =47， treated withLEEP of cervix).
