    [Abstract] Objective： To investigate the impact of Tianji orthopedic robot-assisted cannulated screw internal fixationon hip function，serum inflammatory markersand complications inpatients with femoral neck fractures.Method：Aretrospective analysis was conductedon 8O patients with femoral neck fractureswho admitted to the Department ofOrthopedicsand Traumatologyof Beijing Jiangong Hospital from January 2O23 to June 2024， the patients were divided into two groups based on the surgical method，4O patients in thecontrol group underwent conventional cannulated screw internal fixation，while40 patients in the experimental group were given Tianji orthopedic robot-assisted cannulated screw internal fixation.The operation related indexes，clinical ffcacy， fracture reduction，hip joint function，inflammatory factors and complications were compared between two groups.
