    [Abstract]Objective：To analyze the therapeutic efectof Danshen Injection on patients with decompensated chronic pulmonary heart disease (CPHD)and its influence on prethrombotic state markers and cardiac function. Method：A totalof 8O patients with decompensated CPHD who visited Jiangxi Chest Hospital from May 2023 to July 2024 were selected and divided into control group and treatment group according to the random number table method，with 4O cases ineach group.The control group was given conventional treatments suchas oxygen inhalation， cardiacstrengtheningand diuresis.The treatment group was treated with Danshen Injectiononthebasis of the control group.Both groups received continuous treatment for7days.The changes of coagulation function，hemorheological indicators and cardiac function measurement valuesbefore and after treatment inthe two groups were observed ......
