    [Abstract]Objective： To explore the efects Xian Yimucao Capsules combined with Dydrogesterone on patients with abnormal uterine bleeding.Method： From January 2021to December 2023，100 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding admited to the were selectedand divided into groups by the ball touch method.Odd numbers were the control group (n=5O)，and even numbers were the observation group ( n =50).The control group was treatedwith Dydrogesterone，and theobservation group was treatedwith Xian Yimucao Capsulescombied withDydrogesterone.Theclinicaleficacy，hemoglobin，endometrial ticknes，menstrualolume， sexhormone [follicle-stimulatinghormone (FSH)，progesterone(P)，uteinizing hormone (LH)，estradiol (E2)levels before and after treatment，as wellas the occurence adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.
