    [Abstract]Objective： To explore the therapeutic effect of Modified Xiaoyao Loubei Powder on patients with hyperplasia of mammary gland and its influence on patients'negativeemotion and sex hormone levels.Method：The research subjects were 12O patients with hyperplasia of mammary gland admited to Gao'an People's Hospital from Januaryto July2O24.They were divided intoacontrol groupand a study group bythe random number table method， with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Xiaojin Capsules，and the study group was treated with Modified Xiaoyao Loubei Powder.The clinicaleficacy，VASscores，negative emotion scores，qualityof life scores and sex hormone levels [estradiol (E₂) ，progesterone (P)，prolactin (PRL)] before and after treatment， and adversereactions of the two groups were compared.Result： The total efectiverate of treatment inthe study group was significantlyhigher than that in thecontrol group (Plt;0.O5).
