    [Abstract]Objective：To investigate the effect of platelet rich plasma by intra-articular injection guided byultrasound in the treatment of patients with kneeosteoarthritis and influence for cartilage metabolic markers. Method： Arandom number table was used to divide 12O patients with knee osteoarthritis from Yantai Yuhuangding Hospital into two groups from September 2022 to May 2024.
