    [Abstract]Objective： To compare the analgesic effcts diferent concentrations Sufentanil combined withRopivacaine in painlessdelivery.Method：A total 18O parturients who gave birth painlesslyinthe Affilited from October 2022 to October 2O24 were selected for retrospective study. They were divided into group A (9O cases， 0.4 μg/mL Sufentanil + Ropivacaine) and group B (9O cases， 0.8 μg/mL (20 Sufentanil + Ropivacaine) according to the anesthesia scheme parturient.The analgesic effects，labor duration， and incidence adverse reactions two groups parturients were evaluated and compared.Result： There were no statisticallysignificant diferences inthe VASscores atdiferent time points (beforeanesthesia，1O minutesafter anesthesia，1 hour after anesthesia，and during delivery)between the two groups ( Pgt; 0.05).
