    [Abstract]Objective：To explore the preventive effect of Calcium Gluconate combined with Carboprost Tromethamine on postpartum hemorrhageof twin cesarean section.Method： Aretrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of1OO parturients who underwent twin cesarean section delivery in the First People's Hospital of Fuzhou City from January 2O22 to August 2O24.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to differenttreatment methods，with 5O cases ineach group.The control group received conventional preventive and treatment measures for postpartum hemorrhage，and the observation group was treated with Calcium Gluconate combined with Carboprost Tromethamine on the basis of conventional treatment.The blood loss 24 hours afterdelivery，bloodroutine and coagulation function indicatorslevels were comparedbetweenthetwo groups，and the postpartum hemorhageand surgical hemostasis were recorded.Result：The blood loss24 hours afterdelivery in the observation group was less than that in the control group ......
