    [Abstract] Objective：To investigate the effect of Atorvastatin Calcium combined with Aspirin on cerebrovascular blood flow parametersand carotid intima-media thickness(IMT) in patients with carotid stenosis (CS).Method：A totalof90 patients with CSwho admited to the 91Oth Hospital of the JointLogistics Support Force of the ChinesePeople's Liberation Armyfrom June2O21 to June 2O23 were included，andthey weredivided into the control group ( n =45)and the observation group ( n =45) by random number table method.
