    [Abstract] Objective： To observe the application of high-frequency ultrasound combined with shear wave elastography (SWE) to assess postpartum diastasis recti abdominis (DRA) and the effect of rehabilitation therapy.Method：A total of 8O parturients with DRA 6-8 weeks postpartum who were examined in Jingdezhen NO.1 People's Hospital from August 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the DRA group.Meanwhile，30 women without DRA who came to the hospital for examination were selected as the non-DRA group.
