    [Abstract] Objective： To evaluate the eect of early clamping negative pressure drainage tube on the" prognosis of patientsafter total hiparthroplasty (THA).Method： In this study，1OO patients with THA admitted to Department of Orthopedics，theFirst Afiliated Hospitalof Soochow University from Julyto December 2O23 were retrospectively analyzed，and were divided into the routine group (negative pressure drainage tube was opened immediately after surgery)and observation group(negative pressure drainage tube was clamped for 4 hours after surgery and then opened) according to the clamping conditions of the negative pressure drainage tube after surgery， with 50 cases in each group.The intraoperative blood lossoperation time，postoperative drainage volume and total blood loss of the two groups were record.The occurrence ofcomplications such as joint swelling and ecchymosis，hip jointrangeof motionand Harris score in the two groups were record.Result：There were no statisticallysignificant differences in theoperation time and intraoperative blood loss between the two groups (Pgt;O.O5).The total blood loss of routine group and observation group was (213.95±11.51 )mL and (188.60±11.69) mL ......
