    [Abstract] Helicobacter pylori (Hp)transmisson routes are key factors influencing the epidemiological characteristicsofHp infections inpopulations，andHpbiofilmformation iscriticalforinfectionpersistenceand transmission eficiency.As complex microbial aggregates，Hp biofilms undergo three important phases：aggregation， growth，andfragmentation.Hpbiofilms havebeenassociated withoral-oral，fecal-oral，andother transmission routes.Hpbiofilmsareassociated withoral-oral，fecal-oral，andotherroutesof transmisson，andthepotential mechanismsofactionare primarilythrough theirabilitytoadheretoHptofacilitateHpcolonizationandsurvival，to assist Hp in counteracting antibioticsand the host immune system，and to enhance survival and transmision through aggregation.
