    [Abstract] Objective： To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine application on the symptom relief time and the incidence of adverse reactions in children with asthmatic bronchitis.Method： Seventy-eight children with asthmatic bronchitis admited to Jiujiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicinefrom February 2022 to October 2023 were randomly divided into two groups，each with 39 cases.Both groups were given symptomatic treatment.In thecontrol group，basic intervention was performed，andon this basis，theobservation groupadded traditional Chinese medicine application.The two groups of children's symptom relief time (wheezing，cough，wet rales， rales relief time)， lung function [FEV₁ ，peak expiratory flow rate (PEF) and FEV1/FVC]， adverse reactions， nursing satisfaction were compared.Result： The wheezing，cough，wet rales，and rales disappeared time in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group ( P lt;0.05); after the intervention ......
