    [Abstract]Objective：To study theclinical efect of stereotactic intracranial hematoma puncture in patients with intracranial hematomaand itsinfluenceonneurological function，inflammatoryindicatorsandcomplications. Method：The research method was aretrospective analysis.Theresearch subjects were84 patients with intracranial hematoma admitted to Qianxinan People's Hospital from January to December 2O24.According to diferentsurgical plans，the patients were divided into two groups.The study group Was treated with stereotactic intracranial hematoma puncture，and the control group was treated with conventional localization intracerebral hematoma puncture.The hematoma clearance effect，neurological function，inflammatory indicators and the incidence ofcomplications were compard between the two groups.
