    [Abstract] Objective： The analyze the evaluation value of serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D [25-(OH)D]， folic acid (FA) and vitamin B₁₂ 0 VB₁₂) contents in patients with gestational diabetes melitus (GDM) for predicting concomitant preeclampsia (PE).Method： A total of 8O patients with GDM who underwent regular prenatal examinationsat Shangrao Maternaland Child Health Hospital from January2O21 to March 2O24 were selectedas theresearch subjects，and were divided into the PE group and the non-PE group according to whetherthe patients were complicated withPE，with 33 and47cases in each group.The baseline data and the levels of25-(OH)D，FA andVB ¹² of the two groups were compared.
